Refund Policy

At GTR Seeds, we take pride in producing high-quality, reliable cannabis seeds backed by years of professional breeding, research, and testing.

Before our genetics are released, they undergo extensive evaluation through our breeding program. Our seed lots are also tested for germination performance, including independent testing through Agri-Seed Testing Labs. We include extra seeds with orders to provide additional value and help account for the occasional seed that may not germinate.

Our goal is simple: to provide growers with dependable genetics and stand behind the quality of our seeds.

Refunds & Returns

All seed sales are final. We do not offer refunds on paid seed orders.

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns once seeds have left our facility. This policy helps us maintain the quality, integrity, and traceability of our seed inventory.

This policy applies subject to any rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Germination Issues & Seed Replacements

Even with high-quality, professionally tested seeds, germination results can vary depending on environmental conditions, handling, storage, and germination methods.

While we cannot control the conditions seeds experience after leaving our facility, we understand that germination issues can be frustrating.

If you experience problems with germination, please contact us. We're happy to review your experience, offer troubleshooting guidance, and provide replacement seeds when appropriate.
