As the new federal hemp restrictions are set to take effect this December, we want to give you a quick update on what that may mean for us.
We fully intend to continue offering our genetics after the new rules take effect. While there is some uncertainty around payment processors will respond, our seed stock will still be available one way or another. In addition, we are confident that federal rules will ultimately change in favor of the industry before the 2027 planting season.
There has already been encouraging progress in Washington. The latest Continuing Resolution has delayed the ban by a month, giving lawmakers more opportunity to develop a long-term solution. Bipartisan legislation has also been introduced in the House that would replace the impending restrictions with a comprehensive federal regulatory framework for lawful hemp products.
These developments give us hope that Congress is increasingly looking toward regulation rather than prohibition as the path forward for the industry.
In the meantime, we want to make sure our folks are prepared. We’re offering 20% off all orders until Nov 1.
If you know you'll need seed for next season – or your winter indoor grows, this is a great opportunity to stock up at a significant discount in case things get weird. No code needed, discount at checkout.
And as harvest season is upon us, we’d love to hear your feedback on this year’s grows!
Thank you for your continued support.
