Your purchases of products through and use of our Website are governed by our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer & Terms of Use.
PRODUCT
We offer legal hemp varieties produced in Oregon grown pursuant to a hemp producer license and offered through a retail seed dealers license from the Oregon Department of Agriculture.
Although GTR Seeds ships nationally and internationally, we encourage all of our customers to do their down research into their individual country, state, and local laws.
GTR Seeds makes no guarantee as to the lawfulness of any product offered on the Website.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
We may set limits on the number of products that you may purchase on the Website. These limits may be based on factors such as product availability. If we determine after you make a purchase that some or all of the products you have ordered are not available, we will either refund the entire purchase or the portion of the purchase that is no longer in stock.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following methods of payment for purchases made through our Website: Visa/Mastercard/AMEX/Discover. All listed purchase prices are in United States dollars and we do not accept foreign currencies.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
After you make a purchase on the Website, we will present you with a confirmation page and/or send you a confirmation email with an order reference number. It is your duty to confirm that an order was placed. If you do not receive a confirmation page or email, we will not be responsible for any losses you sustain.
ORDER PROCESSING
We need two full business days to process any order received, Monday through Friday. Average delivery time is five to seven business days. Please allow seven business days before contacting us with any questions concerning the status of your order.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All packages are sent according to customers’ shipping method requests. We provide tracking numbers at the time of shipping. If you did not receive a tracking number, check your spam folder.

RISK OF LOSS
The risk of loss and title for any items you purchase from us, pass to you upon our delivery to a carrier. We are not responsible for seeds that are undelivered, or returned to us.
FEES
In addition to shipping fees, products purchased on the Website may be subject to a non-refundable order processing fee.
TRANSFERS
Our products are intended for use by you and resale is strictly forbidden as per our Material Transfer Agreement.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
We do not offer refunds on paid seed orders and once seeds have left our facility we cannot offer exchanges.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNIFICATION
By purchasing any product on the Website, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GTR Seeds and its agents, managers, officers, directors, representatives, and employees from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees (collectively, “Claims”) arising from or growing out of any acts or omissions you commit, including but not limited to, violation of any applicable law, regulation, or order.
In no event will you be entitled to recover from GTR Seeds any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or special damages, or any damages for loss of data, profits, revenue, reputation, business, or goodwill, even if GTR Seeds has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
